Definitions
- Vehicle: Any vehicle supplied for your journey.
- Luggage: Personal belongings carried during travel.
- Journey: Travel between pickup and destination.
- We / Us: Blackline Travels.

Bookings
- All bookings are processed by Blackline Travels.
- Passengers must provide accurate journey details.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information.

Collection
- Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Waiting time charges may apply where applicable.
- Failure to attend a booking may be treated as a no-show.

Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers.
- Smoking, vaping and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse travel where safety is compromised.

Children & Luggage
- Passengers under 14 must travel with a responsible adult.
- Luggage capacity is subject to vehicle type.
- Fragile items are carried at the passenger's own risk.

Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before travel.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
- Please contact us directly regarding amendments.
